Its not always about the game in the sportsbook. I admit directbet is worst in the odds and number of games but it settle faster than the other site and ofcourse I dont need to argue with the customer service like in betcoin which their livechat is very dumb

Never had an issue with live chat. Had things settled quickly and always given extra little bonus for any issue I had. Last one they gave me .04 for a deposit issue.

I agree the settling has gotten slow as of late but I know not to play a game that dosnt end within 30min of another starting.

For me what I dont like that is that sometimes support ask me to wait for unsure reason, unlike directbet that have better support. Another issue is withdrawal could sometimes slow if the amount is too big. Overall some sites is good at some section only so its personal taste
