Bitcoin transaction volume

Would be interesting to see if theres a correlation between large volume transactions in the blockchain and changes in bitcoin price. I doubt many large holders keep there money in mtgox rather than offline wallets, this would mean they would have to move it to mtgox if they wanted to panic sell.

Anyone have any data?
