Don't let that fool you though, I trade for all kinds of cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies including BTC. Right now we have 2 industrial metals in stock as well as 2 precious metals.
Here is how NXT Metals works. We issue one asset on the exchange for each kind of metal we hold. By purchasing the asset from us you are purchasing a weight of the metal itself (1 lb for industrial metals and 1 gram for precious metals). As long as you hold the asset, we will store the metal for you for free. If you wish to get the metal in hand, you must turn in the asset and pay a shipping fee (or pick it up yourself). Once you do that, we will ship the metal to you, no questions asked.
We are a legal, United States business who makes money by scrapping old metal and trading metals on the asset exchange. Our prices are based on the bid and ask prices on the kitko metals website. IMPORTANT!The asset represents the refined metals at a specified purity! As this business is still a start-up, we have yet to build our own refining furnace. Therefore, our prices will be reduced by 10% to reflect the fact that our metal is still in scrap form. If you hold onto your asset, the prices will go up after our metals are refined so purchase now while you can get it cheap and hold it to sell for a higher price later!
Right now, the only asset issued is Aluminum! I will issue the other assets once I have the NXTcoin to do so! You may make pre-orders of gold, copper, and palladium if you wish and I will send you the asset once it is issued. Please note that ever pre-ordering a product for a crypto is a risk as you could easily be swindled! In the case of NXT Metals, this risk is reduced because we are a legal U.S. business and are required by law to fill all pre-orders! Our EIN (Employer Identification Number) is publicly available on the NXT Forums to prove our status as a legal business. Information about the owner is also publicly (myself) is also publicly available on our website.
Jewelry Auctions!Since we purchase scrap gold, sometimes we get an item in good enough condition to sell as is. When we do, we will auction them off here, on the NXT Forums, or on eBay. Please keep a look out for any jewelry auctions that may be ongoing!
