It was a Disney/Pixar thing, if I remember correctly.

Ah yes it's Pixar. Reminds me of Wall-E now. Might have to watch it  Cheesy.

I have not found this to be the case. In fact I have found it to be the opposite. Turns out if you talk directly to the NSA quietly and articulately enough they are willing to respond positively.

It's like whispering to a demon. You have to be careful summoning it.
