What's wrong with my upload speed? There is nothing wrong. In developing countries the upload speed is usually much lower than the download speed. |

A few years back I read somewhere that the government in Finland makes sure everyone gets decent internet connectivity at reasonable price. |

I'd say a minimum 5-10 mb/s download and 3-5 mb/s upload. I do doubt that the balloons will be able to offer such speeds. |
