The one which you shared is NXT clone and this one is more like BlackCoin.

Maybe we should start to collect some pledges for a multipool beside the official bounty from the dev.
I pledge 10k ITC for the creation of a multipool.

Anyway, I love fully premined coins. When it started with PMC, people were really shouting that 100% premined was bad. Now it has gotten pretty populair I am glad I had/have a part in PMC, and would love to join this coin as well
