First of all, the total number of coins is not 25M, but a lot more then 25M, so those 20% that you're talking about if before the POS starts. It is the same when a coin start with a 1% pre-mine and after 1 day you say: 'THERE IS A 99% PRE-MINE on this coin!!!. Pre-mine needs to be compared to the total number of coins and not to the number of coins that are currently available. I believe that the total number of coins will be above 100M, still need to do the math , so then we are talking about 5% whereby again 4% has been given away.

Yeah because none of the premine received part of that 10% daily POS? Hey dipshit - there are 25,000,000 total mineable coins! If the dev starts with 5,000,000, that is 20%. Once the 10% daily POS is over who cares about 3% annual POS? 5 years from now it will still represent 20% of the total number of coins anyway. Get it? As long as he holds it's 20% from day 1 and if he dumps the value will crash. This coin will be long dead before 3% annual POS amounts to anything so it shouldn't even be a factor anyway.
