The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I mean no offense but so far, the plans I have read here so far are how to increase the price of yellowcoin, mostly via being listed in major exchanges and be traded easily by traders, investors and speculators. And hopefully the price wil go up when big players jump on board.

Are there any other plans to add value to yellowcoin? Like how to become accepted by merchants as a viable cryptocurrency? Or maybe plans to make the foundation, structure, development and marketing of yellowcoin as stable and consistent as possible to project the currency as stable and reliable and not just another junk altcoin?

Also a question that is not just for DEV but is also for yourself, what are YOU (as community) planning to do for hitting Yellowcoin. It is not DEV that makes Bitcoin big, it was all the people around bitcoin, the community that makes it big. DEV responsibilities are to make sure they deliver the right information and try to increase the community base. The community is responsible for adding services for the coin. You cannot expect DEV to do all those things too, else he will be busy for 1000000 years.

For the most part, this is true. However, in this case, the DEV premined 20% of the coins, 5,000,000/25,000,000 and claimed to give away 20% of that premine, 1,000,000 of 5,000,000, to a marketing team, another 20% to his team of 3 full-time programmers, 2 graphics masters, and another marketer, etc. Now we all know none of those people actually exist and the dev just sent the premined coins to himself to make it look like he gave them away but let's pretend for a minute that he's telling the truth: why is nobody pissed off at those marketing teams and programmers? The wallet has been a disaster, there has been absolute zero marketing, I'm not too impressed by the "full-time" graphics people. 3 "full-time programmers" have done exactly jack shit. This is all in addition to the DEV himself. So maybe it's time you guys start asking the dev what the hell is going on. Either he's lying to you or there are a lot of full-time employees that got a massive percentage of coins that have done absolutely nothing. On top of that quit acting like the DEV is a charitable guy - he's sitting on a ton of coins that he's itching to dump when the opportunity arises. He's only one man but what he's done so far wouldn't take 1,000,000 years - it would take about 5 hours. What's he doing with the rest of his time? Quit sitting back and getting screwed over - start asking questions.

You're totally wrong, as i know from people that they really received the coins.... I have been in Skype contact with cam with several persons from Yellowcoin, so please stop the crap. He is giving away his coins as communicated on the first page. Maybe you can say , that i'm Yellowcoin myself, but then you really need to stop smoking. I have check all your posts, and the only thing that you do is talking negative about coins. I didn't find any positive statement from you on any coins. But look, you're right, you have a plan to buy cheap Yellowcoin and by talking bullshit maybe some people start to panic and that is how you make money. But we both know that you will buy Yellowcoin, and the effort that you put into this coin make me think that you're a big investor with a lot of BTC, but don't have a lot of Yellowcoins, so you try to get the coin down, to buy a lot of coins and then you pump it and sell your cheap coins, as i said. You're a smart guy playing on the other side, but it will help you better when you directly would buy the coins. As i already stated before, there are some private investors looking into this coin, so watch out or maybe you miss the train Cheesy

Why also YC? That is the real question. BC is obvious. YC because everyone moving out of Cinni, White coin, and Asian coin train wrecks is moving their capital here!

Maybe, but i want to state it differently. Why YC?

1. We are trying to get listed on bigger exchanges then were we are located now.
2. We are trying to create outside events so that outside people are getting more and more interested in altcoins as a investment and we will try to sell Yellowcoin as one of the future Bitcoin coins. Why do people want to earn 1% on a bank account when you can earn x% with altcoins/yellowcoin. So currently busy with a powerpoint presentation that can be used for all outdoor events.
3. In talk with several merchandise sites to add YC as a payment method, as people want to use their coins to buy products.
4. Try to create our YC multipool as the number one of the multipools.

Hi YellowCoiners,

25 000 000 POW coins right? +10% per day for 10 days is 64 800 000 coins right now, is that correct?
Ive seen recently, on the YC site i think a mention of 1 000 000 000 coins, some people might have the wrong idea & have balked at yellowcoin thinking there are a billion coins but there are 64 million. plus 3.56% interest per year is not much at all.
Im tempted to buy more at these really low prices of 5 & 6 hundred satoshis.
Big buy walls on bittrex, some people have got the right idea.

See you on yellowside of the moon !

-edit: or wait a minute, i get it, the 1 billion on the site is to discourage people getting into YC until we've scooped up these 500 satoshi YCs. After that, we put the real number on the website & people start to see the value in YC. is that right??

Why does it say 1 billion on the site, did I miscalculate?

This corporate empire of three city states controls the world economically through London’s inner city, militarily through the District of Columbia, and spiritually through the Vatican

Your calculations seems to be right. No, there are no 1 billion, i believe when i address the concern they just modify it here and forgot to modify the website too. Currently we have 40M coins available on the market. Yes, we have a marketcap of only $102K, so personally i find it low too. I thought and i think it should trade more at 2000sats or even higher...

The problem with Yellocoinpool is that they don't pay my coins. I have 120+ so far and I'm mining since yesterday afternoon.
