how come that this wallet does not create the proper appdata directory structure ?

Looking at the source, I don't see anything that would limit this coin to just 10m total coins generated.

But if that's the case, only 10m coins, it will all be mined out by the end of the day.

And the difficulty is not changing quick enough, causing too many rejects.

when you run the qt, it creates the whole structure from it is run (now it is a big mess in my wallet directory)

It's 100% safe. If you scan many coins on virustotal.com (example: BlackCoin) you'll notice 1 false positive.

I'm running it right now on Windows 8 & ZoneAlarm Anti-virus wouldn't allow the program to run if it was in any way malware.
