I can't see how it could be good...  It only inflates your like count with fake likes that don't care about your page.  Basically just making it so you never know how many people are actually interested in what you're doing.  I'd advise you to spend that money on something that may actually be useful to whatever it is you're promoting.

If i buy for example 1000 likes i will know that everything above this will be organic likes It is just the number of likes.. in my country pepole are impressed by those things I am just concerned that facebook will detect or something that those like are paid and may be ban me...

If someone do it professional, FB don't know it. And you don't get ban. It looks like you make a advertising campaign somewhere and these people are invited to like you page.

If someone does a bad job, ok that will not be good for your account
