This KARM+KarmaShares was best organized scam in Cryptoworld ever. Kosmost lied all the time, about 2,5 million Lill.com sale. Now he is stealing KARM online, making panic everyone. I told it 8 days ago, and I am telling it now, ask Kosmost about proof. Ask him where is he moving our KARM? Ask him who dumped on us 1 day before that lill.com joke. If he can't send scan of lill.com offer, ask him about his fly ticket to France.  Karm just died, that stealing of KARM from donation wallet was last step to grave. He has already stolen 6 billion karm, and he is stealing the rest now. Thank's god, he KARM has 200 confirmations required when depositing on mintpal/cryptsy. Those who were smart and load Karm back to exchange right after that scam with lill.com can dump now. I dumped and I will dump when my coins come to me. KARM has nothing now, just market manipulation and big failure history. I am sorry for that. Count with 8,5 billions of sell orders. it is another 15% of coins that will hit market again.

Out of all the coins... Ofcourse private attacks and threads are not needed in any way that is just plain and dumb, nobody should do that.
Kosmost, i feel bad this project didnt work out, but remember that a real buisiness is a bit different than a cryptocurrencie buisiness. Although i have great respect for EVERYTHING you have achieved with karma and all the work you have been through i still feel hurt and ofcourse you feel hurt too.

As of now i will stop my membership of karma, atleast till everything has settled. After that team members, feel free to contact me on my btt account because i have very good ideas laying around, i only dont have the personal expertise to execute them.

I had a conversation with easteagle13 at end of July about my offer to do some work on the android front and it was decided we needed an API first and I was waiting for that to happen.
Also I've contributed with my experience on the African continent so we could move forward in the Philippines and Indonesia.
I'm also trying to find more time so I can be more involved than I am right now. Unfortunately I have not much money and I have to work 12hours/day and I have invested all I had on Karma following your vision only to have this happening right now...

What I don't understand is why close the LLC? Why not talk to the community first and find a way out so others can pick up where you left?
