There is a past precedent of users offering hosting for units that are in thier mining farm, and once they have 'sold' several units or shares they pay a few dividends than dissapear with 90%+ of the investment and are never heard from again.

In order for someone to trust you, they need firm reason to, and also a way to track you down and identify you if there are any problems or legal issues down the road

looks like he got stuck with the new price drop.  it happens I got hurt a lot on icefury usb sticks. 

I ordered them they came slowly and antminer came out with the u-1's I lost a lot of coins on that deal. As the u-1s were much cheaper then the ice furies.
