So I'm new to the game.  I am developing several sites to try and be part of the bit-coin community.

I am finding it really hard to lay my hands on some coins.  Liberty is a huge pain in the ass. Coinpal has rejected my transactions twice.  

I am trying bitmorpheus to try and get some coins.

In the mean time anyone willing to sell me 100BTC I am happy to pay the going rate plus a bit more through paypal.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
