a service without a static ip the local tor proxy take care
ur masternode stay reachable even if ur isp ip change

that doesnt mean that ur other traffic have to go through tor
just what is configured to use it will do

its just one possibility to run a masternode

every user can chose what fit his needs best

so no invite needed everyone can join

so everyone have time set up his masternode and POS wallets without missing rewards
