On September 3 I sent 62DMD to bittrex.
At this time, 4982 DMD seems to be sent to somewhere.

my coins dont stake. I imported private keys from 2.0 into a clean 3.0 wallet.

Config file has staking=1 and no other entries.

Diamond symbol in wallet shows  "Staking is active" after i unlock it.

getstakingstatus says everything is fine:

ok guys bug report.

If you have an error when trying to start a masternode 'invalid ip address' it is bug in DMD wallet.

Goto debug console and issue command masternode start-missing

this 100% fixed it for me.

When trying to find the cause of the problem I moved this wallet to 5 different computers (windows xp, 7, 8, 10, server 2012) on 3 different networks and repeated the bug everytime.

Hopefully this will help out some other.

This is strange, since I had no problems with running MN on Windows 7

I too had issues with using the 'start' button in the GUI. I had to start my MN with the console command, start-alias. Not sure why, but it definitely didn't work with GUI, I bashed my head against the wall for hours trying to figure it out, but wallah, the masternode start-alias [alias] started it up immediately.

Also, I noticed that when you start the masternode, it doesn't start immediately counting the online time of the node. It took mine about 5 hours to start correctly showing the online time, not sure if that is an 'issue' or what, but it's just what I noticed.


Another question for devs... (I'm currently reading through the last few pages to see if I can find my own answer, and I did notice the stake pile change and made mine 1000) but I'm having issues with my non-masternode wallet staking. It keeps telling me that staking isn't active... it must be that I did a large stake of the whole amount in the wallet, but how long will this take to start staking again? I even changed to 1000 in config with the noted setting by our beloved CVO... restarted wallet, but still getting staking not active... how long does it take to start working via that setting? What am I missing here?

Go to your old wallet and use coin control to see if the 4982 DMD are not there. The wallet needs to stake 24/7,not a few hours. and secondly with only 102 diamonds in one pile of coins with these difficultys,:(
The main thing is staking is 24/7. Wallet has to be staking all the time..
Further, get used to using coin control,activate coin control in options.
Then go look and see how many piles of coins you have..I'm guessing 1..

I'm no dev, but the confirmation time for a staked coin pile is 640 blocks (approx 24 hours) and maturity time is 1 hour. Then you can stake the pile again.

can someone explain how coin priority works please.

To my understanding coin priotity doesn't have anything to do with staking, since coin age is removed in DMD v3. However, to explain coin priority or if it has some other function in the new DMD wallet is a topic for Christian

onyatchi1, try the next algo: 1. copy your v2 wallet.dat to v3 work folder. 2. Run v3 wallet and open console. 3. Write: dumpwallet "keys". Wait until it finish. 4. Exit from wallet. 5. Remove wallet.dat from v3 folder and run v3 wallet again. 6. In console write: importwallet "keys". 7. Say thanks to danbi if it helps .
As I understand you have another dmd address in your v2 wallet.dat (not only dNXQdyhKBTzU2X61pDVoHnr4qzmj8G2Bwm). And when you migrate to v3 this address lost in some reason. But it still present at old wallet.dat. And you need import all private keys correctly.
