DMD.Minar.cc Mining Pool UPDATE

  • The pool will be changing to new algo to follow and support the new Evolution of Diamond Coin when the time comes.

  • Major under the hood upgrades to the pool backend and frontend! Check out the new design!

  • Both Auto Payout and Manual Payouts are processed every minute!
I REALLY suggest you set your auto payout threshold low so you enjoy fast payouts processed every minute!

As always, you are welcome to join us at
DMD.Minar.cc

Minar.cc pools are not running anymore, the domain was registered by someone else and I don't have any relationship with the new owner.

I need some insight..the wallet I have I got from diamondcoin.net (I did this over the weekend). Since then, I've seen where every thing has been revamped. The wallet I have I can't unlock it  using walletpassphrase "passcode" 9999999 true. In the "settings" there isn't an option to "unlock". I want to start POS. Then I read as long as you dont POS you're collecting coinage. Help me to understand what is going on.

do i need a new wallet?

Are you sure you got your wallet from diamondcoin.net and not DMDCoin.net ? The second one is correct and has download section.

We haven't released the new wallet yet, but we are less then a week form that moment, so I'm not sure which revamp you're describing. The new upcoming wallet will be revamped and you won't be mistaken that it has been refreshed.

There is no point in unlocking the old/current wallet for minting as PoS does not work.

Once the new wallet is released it won't have PoS turned on until we reach the first trigger - we need to give time to everyone to update and mining pools to prepare.
What's more the new wallet will have an unlock option so typing commands in the console will be a thing of the past.

With every transfer of coin, each coin gets a time stamp with time of when was the last time it had been used. From that moment onwards coinage is increasing as long as you do not transfer your coins, if you move them they get a new time stamp and coinage has to be 'collected' from the beginning. Once they 'mature' (which is set by the client) they can take part in minting 'competition' the more coinage you have got the higher the chance you have to mint earlier then the others. Once you spend all your coinage you start collecting it again.

I'm not sure which wallet you have got but the old one works perfectly fine, and the new one is coming ... Smiley

For now pools are getting all blocks rejected by coind with this output error:
Code:
ThreadRPCServer method=submitblock
ERROR: CheckProofOfWork() : nBits below minimum work
ERROR: CheckBlock() : proof of work failed
ERROR: ProcessBlock() : CheckBlock FAILED

Devs pm me if you need anything else..
It's happened a few times already, big diff changes due to hashrate variations and timestamps in wrong order, i think..

You may want to move to a new algorithm gröstl now. Should not again return to the script and wait for block 400000

In any case it will be faster (adaptation to gröstl) than the release of the patch script and another fork of the presence of many miners devices ASIC script
Now I have 13 mh / s (script) and I'm willing to try them on gröstl  Cool
