Think you upload it to a web host like postimage then use the image tags
Not sure if you can upload directly here

U need to host the  picture on another site like imgur  and use  [img] to link it

after getting a direct link from image uploading websites.
You can't directly implement a file in here though (I think so at least) so you need to add it to some uploading website).
