I collect the bitcoin for the next game, I then use that bitcoin as a prize

Why does there need to be a minimum participant level?
So we can collect more bitcoin than our current prize so the next one is bigger!

I've tried it on facebook once, It worked quite well(I used the comments)But that was  for a rave festival ticket.
