Gentlemen,
I'm Gil Motta from Miners Lounge, We are starting a Meetup Group in Atlanta, GA called "Atlanta Bitcoin Miners & Traders"
The idea behind this is mainly to find camaraderie among Miners & Traders, share ideas & experiences, tech support, start something good here in the south, negotiate group purchase, show room opportunity for equipment vendors show their faces , networking, etc.
We will meet face to face at least once a month but my goal is to have weekly meetings. I intend to invite leaders from GA Tech, Venture Funds, Exchanges such as Cryptsy. I want for our Group to be a live forum to discuss/organize ideas and help with issues that come up along the way.
Right here in our backyard we have CampBX, I hope they will join us!
In the US, we already have the Silicon Valley on the lead on the west coast; I wan't to make Atlanta the second favorite place for Bitcoiners on the east coast. We have great infrastructure, huge international airport, fiber optics, great talented technology professionals, cutting edge data center for distributed virtual servers, etc. not to mention we already have an exchange,
let's bring more business, let's make it fun, let's socialize, live! if nothing else join us just for a drink!
Our base in the beginning is at the The Work Spot in Duluth.
