Hello everyone,

Last January I contacted Michael Roland from Bitcoop.org about renting Litecoin miners and agreed on renting 4 2000 Kh/s miners to mine Litecoin for 2 years. We made a contract which states I am entitled to the full output of these 4 leases, in total 8000 Kh/s which is approx. 50 LTC per month.

I have only received my LTC for February and nothing until now despite me sending him several urgent reminders.
Also see this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=574180.msg6260429#msg6260429

As you can see I am very p****d off with this guy and will use all options to get paid.

If you get me my money, I am willing to pay you 15% of *all the LTC* I am entitled to receive from this guy. So, if you are a bounty hunter, debt collector, private investigator,  (US) lawyer or otherwise and help me get the money I will pay you 15%!
I am open to any good advice, tips or ways to get this settled.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Just hire a lawyer and sue him. But make sure you have all your ducks in a row like receipts for monies paid, a contract in writing, etc.

Thanks guys! Would you recommend a debt collecting agency or just a plain lawyer? (I do have a contract)

It's 1100 LTC, not BTC. 22 months x 50 LTC = 1100 LTC.
I don't know if he is/was a teacher, but this is his linkedin profile: http://www.linkedin.com/in/pwyll

OP...... I have a plan.

1. Get your contract + communications with the contractor in order.

2. Go straight to small claims court for the Dollar equivalent in LTC. You will not need a lawyer for this.

I'm in the UK so it is slightly different here but....

3. If your contract is with him, have the court.....

 A. Order payment, or,
 B. Attach debt (a charge) to his earnings, or,
 C. Bankrupt him.

If your contract is with the business then go straight to issuing bankruptcy proceedings and have the court order seizure of assets.

4. Profit.

If you paid by credit card, contact your credit card company right now and claim the money back from the CC company (they are jointly liable for failure to supply produce within 90 days, then they will go after this chap).

Also, if you have a citizens advice (pro bono?) law agency talk to them now about it.

Hope this helps.

G.
