I think it would be a good idea to have a GUI Wallet ready when BTC enters the next bullmarket. This would clear the entry barrierers in the right moment  |

I also hold some monero and commandline is fine for me. But i think monero would benefit much from a official gui wallet and a good time to market is when bitcoin goes parabolic . |

There's not a plan at this point but it does look fairly straightforward and would be a reasonable community project. |

If all goes well, app will be in the appstore within the next few days. Similarly, companion site will be ready within the next few days (still trying to figure out hosting, Firebase's 50$ monthly minimum is quite expensive as this project has been fully built/paid for by myself, and will be free and non-monetized).

I doubt very much monero will reach that high again, unless Strange happaned, like some some big drugmarket will accept Monero

If the result would be a cross-platform, robust, maintainable GUI wallet, then I'd certainly contribute to a bounty! Would you be up for this, smooth? |
