done a trade with this seller today, but we are having issues, Did a WU trade and they said he stopped the payment.  Im hoping we can rectify the situation.

OK So I contacted Western Union today on live chat and the funds were stopped and Seller is trying to deny that was stopped and he did not get refunded.  We did the business over Skype and I had done business with him because he seemed trustworthy with all the feedback he has.  I will post the images of the proof and My TX ID for the OP to see.  If I do not get my bitcoins returned I will get other parties involved.  

Seems fairly straight forward from the screen caps. I'm curious to know if shdvb's money was refunded, why hasn't he sent your Bitcoins back? shdvb, can you weigh in on this?

here is more of the convo, he made a threat that he warned me that WU will block him, but they didn't block him, they returned the money as I posted in the live chat.

Can't you check the WU status at their website? Post MTCN, name, amount and country here and anyone can check to see if it's been picked up or canceled. No harm done since you already have the full name in one of those Skype screenshots and the transaction was canceled so nobody else can pick it up, right?

I have spoken again with another Agent and I was asking why I still see it available, the agent told me once he picks it up then that status will be removed.  I cant pick it up but he can.  Question why wont he not pick it up?  

I have more proof that he can pick it up and if he does not then is he going to let it sit there?  Let see when he wakes up what he is going to say.  My wife is over 18 years old.  They did not block his money as they returned it to him.  So what is the problem?  He can go pick it up and return my bitcoins back.

If he acted as a man in the middle, he won't be able to pick it up. What I mean by man in the middle: You send BTC to Shdvb and then he has someone else send you the Western Union. Not sure about Shdvb, but that's how most exchangers work around here with WU. I don't think one person wouldn't be able to handle all these WU transactions without being noticed and having their name banned.

Yeah he said his partner but you know his partner has the same last name as him right? XU.  If he has a partner that means he can pick it up and get those funds back.  Does that mean I have to suffer because he has a partner who cant go to WU and get the money back,  I did say he can keep the fees, I just want the 95 back.

If I have to Ill go all night and chat with more agents to bring more proof that funds are waiting for to be picked up by the sender.  His partner again, can easily pick it up, as he goes and sends it.

yes i said its there, its in the live chat read it, its only available for the sender, not the receiver.  go speak to the live agent if you dont believe me.  If I could have picked it up, trust me I wouldn't be wasting my time here. Posted that to at least confirm the MTCN and info matches and someone else can speak with WU to confirm what you said about the transaction being sent back is true.

I gave the proof to TomatoCage  I hope others can help me get my money back  

EDIT Update I checked WU tracking info when i pick the choice as Romania for the receiving country it dont work, but when I had picked China as the receiving country it shows that is available for pick up.  I hope others will come and confirm it besides Xster.
