Site requires 2 times per month just to check and update the faucet lists /MySQL/.

And it's actually making some spare change.

AdSense on 50% impressions Last 30 days: 1.12 Euro.
AdHitz on 50% impressions April: 16 Clicks - $ 0.651

Also some coins from faucet referral links.

For Example:
Freebitco.in : 47 Referrals,    Total 0.00276146 Recent 0.00019790
Freebitcoinz.com: 161250 Satoshi
gratisbitco.in - 103 Referrals

And some more which I did not check for earning from a long time.

I just do not have any time for it.

It's custom and simple - site is 4 files HTML Index and 3 PHP surfs for diff timerate.
Editing is directly in phpMyAdmin. There is no point to make backend for Title & URL.

Why not ask the bidder if they could announce it publicly? It would be better for the both of you in case one of you gets scammed.

Really do not have time to persuade anyone to do anything. Anyway - the guy wanted a private bid, received a private bid.
And lapse of time is the reason to sell it. I'm currently working on much more profitable projects. So lets the 24 hours pass and to close this.
