I doubt this will happen, bitcoin has been around for a while now and interest just seems to be very low.

I understand your point but I don't think your taking into consideration that people have not been getting the full story about BTC from the media.  There will be a time when people can't ignore the benefits of using Bitcoins and we will see a mad rush of users IMO.

When I read the subject of this thread I was thinking something totally different.  I was thinking about the girls not the club owner. Someone should make QR stencils or temporary tattoos. Dancers could put one on a butt cheek or inner thigh and take bitcoin tips just like cash. That would be cool. When you think about it, it must be actually pretty gross for a girl to have nasty dirty bills between her tits and tucked into a g-string.

It's the chargebacks.

Bitcoin would help strip clubs with chargebacks. One can call their credit card company and say they didn't make the charges, they can't call their bitcoin wallet and demand their bitcoins be refunded.

Yes, that's what this entire thread is about, and I agree. However, I was responding to why Bitpay doesn't allow strip clubs etc. as clients. You can't chargeback a Bitpay payment but I still think they don't want the hassle of handling payments for a sector with a high proportion of disputed transactions.

You say interest is low. But compared to what? Once upon a time (2011 I think), the only thing you could buy with bitcoin was alpaca socks. As of Q2 2014, I use bitcoin for everything I buy on amazon. Interest has been increasing and will continue to increase exponentially until it saturates, and we are not even close to saturation.
