after the first big Pump everything will go in places - Better price plus more new miners = higher difficulty = good price
currently it is better to buy

My p2pool vertcoin node now includes Monocle support. No stats yet (like most) but I am working on making a stats page from the data stored in the redis database used for payouts.
stratum+tcp://nesemu2.com:9555
user: vertcoin address pass: monocle address
Thanks

You can find a stats page here: https://github.com/Cooba13/proxypool-simplestats/Works quite well, you can see it in action on my node. (see signature)

I think the same. Some people have running to ppol a did not share with their miners. On Poloniex there is one sell order with more than 6000 mon. Who should be able to mine this amount of Mon without ripping of it´s miners ?

no im in the USA it was just the only one i could find lol where i can just point my miner and keep track of stats. If you know of one in the USA or Canada where i can mine VTC/MON at same time or that you mine VTC and they offer MON as bonus please let me know. Also as i said before i would like a site i can track my progress not just get random blind payouts http://simplevert.com/Pools everywhere have stolen MON and are selling it too cheap and messing up it's value! Do you let somebody tell you how you have to earn your $ in real life? Then let them tell you how you have to spend it? Do you think I want to hear you tell me what pools I can and can't use? Do you think somebody who went through the effort of making a pool wants to hear you tell them what they are allowed to do with their fees? The answer to all the above, is NO. The devs need to do more work and make it easier to p2pool for us so that we don't have all these problems!!!!! Page 1, Post 1 of this thread: Running your own node on the Vertcoin p2pool network is the optimal way to mine, with zero fees and the maximum possible payouts. To make the process easy and painless I have created a preconfigured p2pool node in a box, with simple howto and triple merge mining of VTC+MON+PLX: https://github.com/Paul-Bradley/EasyNodeAnd the next clown who wants to talk about how the p2pool solution provided by the devs in the OP of this thread involves solo-mining PLX and MON should do well to remember that solo-mining a block worth of MON does on average take equal time to p2pooling a single block worth of MON. It's not faster nor slower, it's just less predictable. Why the devs should bust their balls just so that you can see your MON trickle in 0.1 at a time is beyond me.

Both MON and VTC prices have rised overnight, which is great. Basicly there is a 4-5 BTC resistance for MON to reach .002 or even more...and that is nothing for whales

Solo mining is not a decentralized option for Mon. One of the purpose of Mon was to strengthen the p2pool. But now it is in reverse order where centralized pools are getting bigger. PLX has speed up this more or less. Effectively miners compete each other and large variance is an issue for newcomers. And not all people have resources to setup a own node specially miners running bamt.
Having said that is there a way in github to add a proxy pool for PLX and do triple merged mining on a public p2pool?

I don't think there is a ProxyPool for PLX too. Also, just wait for another merged coin to come out. Solo miners will get the upper hand by simply downloading a wallet and restarting P2Pool. That being said, pool operators will take some time to get it running properly. It might only take a day or two, but every time there will be more P2Poolers trying to get the jump on a new coin. On day 1 and day 2 of PLX, I increased profit from 5 dollars a day to 20-30 because I found a few blocks a day. It was only two days, but damn that was nice. Every time miners are reluctant to switch, people like me will make good profits for the first day or two. Soon, there will be too many coins for pool operators to add or care about. Kinda like how multipools don't mine EVERY coin, even if it is the most profitable atm. In due time, P2Pool will take over. ^_^

Solomining is as decentralised as it gets!

Net hashrate and diff growing, but price falling. Real price should be x15 of current. Pools stole our coins and now selling them..
You dont get it. You are mining VTC. Merged mined coins are essentially a free extra, and thus represent no real value.

I am still at http://hk.vertco.in waiting for them to start offering the " bonus of MON and PLX " not sure how they will pay me this if the pool only lets me put in a VTC address. I would like a pool that does all 3 coins or atleast VTC / MON and that i can keep track of whats going on and not just a random point your miner to us and we pay you We are still fixing bug in both stratum server and payout system. So, right now it doesn't support both MON and PLX yet. We wish it will be done before Sunday as we promise with miners that we will make it in this week. Vertco.in - Vertcoin Pool Well, guys, at least I know from where MON sell walls came to polo. We just want to make it transparent as much as possible. If we release the system with bug, the miners will complaint us and doubt us about our credibility. What we found is there are problems in inbound bandwidth that suddenly increases from 1 Mbps to 60 Mbps, and we need to shutdown the service. We are finding the root causes, and then will fix the problem before releasing to miners. Please understand our situation we are losing miners, and we do not want that, but we also don't want to release the software that will cause our reputation. Thank Vertco.in - Vertcoin Pool well i guess i can wait till saturday to see if this is fixed and see if i start seeing MON and PLX showing in my balance sheet on website before i move elsewhere

I've installed the VM that was provided by the dev and appear to be successfully running my own private merge mining node (followed BorisTheSpider's instructions on Github) My question: Most of the output I see in vertminer says "Accepted untracked stratum share from pool 0." Is this normal? Are my shares being counted as normal? Every now and then I see a typical "Accepted 3jdwod34 Diff 17/9 GPU 1,' but 99% of the time it says, "Accepted untracked stratum share from pool 0." Any pointers/help would be awesome!
