Orbitcoin v1.6.0.0 is ready for release. BIP65 and BIP66 will be mandatory after the hard fork for all blocks and payments (BIP66 is forced on mempool only right now by v1.5.1.x clients). Those who compile from source can pull the code from GitHub. Binaries will be available tomorrow. The hard fork deadline is in 8 days.
Well, 8 days is when the block #2 million is expected. I admit a bit more upgrade time could be available without the support for BIP65, but I guess it's worth the wait. We want to keep up with the existing inflation model, do we? That's how our specification for block rewards and coin supply looks like:

yes nice, and 0 orphan blocks via PoS, but the PoS diff goes high.. ~0.60 and PoW diff is 0.82 |

My orbit have finally started staking well in the last few weeks. Seems I reach about 2.5k days stake age or so to get 1 orbit reward. It happens about once a week and I have a total of 187 orbit. Just letting people know what to expect when staking orbit.

Some "unearthed" wallets from the days of yore (maybe) I have much lower orphan's mined over PoS.. Reduction approximately 90% This is my experience, only one orphan block! Today. Else I think 5-10 The network has the longer block time, more stability, small miners have a better chance to find blocks. I believe. Also small PoS miner |

The question is how long you let your wallet running to get one ORB? And running the simply wallet on the side? Then your Invest in ORB is close to 0 with regard to power consumption! And if you have more, you should distribute them to multiple addresses in a wallet, and then the question is, do you use Ghost settings? PS: i have inputs with over 3000 weight, Not yet stake. Normally a higher weighting should stake faster. But hashing / mines, in PoW and PoS is like pulling lottery tickets. So you win sometimes more and sometimes less! In the long term, it equalizes again. Don't keep (PoS) coins on exchanges!
that's is realy stupid on bittrex are 120k ORB. in time where they store it there, it would be easy become 10% more! The lie there for some time. But do not be upset! It brings you only every day more ORB's  If others do not want to join the network !? It is voluntary, free money, nobody must! Everything is good |
