Are they still making the nazi space ship with the funds from the coin?  This isn't even a joke.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

No. The model is outdated. I wish this was a joke Wink

Anyway, ORB is still a nice coin.

A Nazi space ship? Something must be wrong with your prescription meds.

from an old facebook post and there was more about it on the official web page in the past:

"Orbitcoin is helping to fund a prototype craft, based on the Nazi bell.. the plans for this craft will be open sourced to the population of the world as soon as they have working evidence to show."

Instead of questioning meds you should be questioning this complete shit coin and google orbitcoin and nazi.

OK, it looks like you might be right... but please be honest and post your results only if you research thoroughly and are willing to publish something decent and balanced.
Facts: ORB might have been launched as a scrypt PoW/PoS "shitcoin" in 2013 and had its fair share of (stupid) mistakes and (cheap) drama, but it was taken over by a serious and capable developer (ghostlander) and had its algo changed to neoscrypt. Also, the "pre-mine" was transformed into a community fund administered pretty transparently by the new dev...
Sadly, I don't have the time and the literary talent to argue with you on how shitty this coin is, but I only mention that many other coins have died since 2014 and ORB is still around, with stable network and algo... Even the price is not fluctuating as much as other scamming coins.
You had your say, I had mine. If you don't have anything else interesting to say, please try not to smear dirt on honest work and achievements.

Who cares what was written somewhere in Facebook 3 years ago when Orbitcoin was just launched and no one had a real clue what to do with it? However if that project comes up with a prototype or anything remotely functional, we'll support them. For now, there are popular myths only.

It was written in way more places then facebook. It was written on the official orbitcoin page and the original ANN.  It was just a simple inquiry.  I'm the crazy one who knows more about the coin then the fanboys.  You guys have fun backing a coin that supports a Nazi space craft.  They Nazi spacecraft builders already have the coin so supporting it is supporting them.  You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Thanks for your support. Orbitcoin v1.5.1.0 should be ready in a couple of days. Most of the code is on GitHub already. This is the major update since 2014 which brings compatibility with current versions of dependent software including Qt 5, C++11, BIP66 (OpenSSL Strict DER), etc.

I'm just wondering if you would confirm that this coin helped a group develop a nazi spacecraft.

ORB has now a better price than FTC in USD, but we have a block reward of 1 ORB / 80 FTC

so easy message $ 0.035 x 80, one ORB = 2,8 Dollar  Grin

ok fun, take $0.035 x 40, one ORB = 1,4 Dollar  Wink

or $0.035 x 20, one ORB = 0,70 Dollar

mining is cheap over POS, still! is a question of the difficulty

is the potential?
