Binance soon and maybe 100 buck per coin is not that far off if you look at it from an objective standpoint. Bear market inspired standstill can not kill what has a promise. For over 15 years I have been barrelling around the bedrocks in the crater of the volcano that is the new emerging tech trend we here pursue and still after these years I have not gotten a chance to witness a truly mesmerizing raise of a coin. Bummer.

Is Orbitcoin still alive? Or at least somewhen ressurected?

I'm a big Fan since 10ish years, even If i lost mostly all of my Data xD.
I wasn't a member in this Forum back then, but i've earned my knowledge about erverything i know about crypto by reading in here.
I remember why i decided to pick this coin ^_^, the First sentence on the main Site got me xD
I appreciate all the hard work you've put into ORB.
And I still like the Passion/Dream behind this currency, you've made me interessted in crypto in the First place,

A big THANKS to you,

It's alive as long as I'm around, that's for sure.

Orbitcoin turns 11 today. Everything works as it should. It has been a while, so expect a new wallet release in the coming days.

Hello and happy New Year!
the last current wallet version is now 1.6.3. right? Will there be any major changes in the new version?

Correct, no major changes. A few minor bugs to be fixed, also build environment updates. Some code goes to PXC, some goes back to ORB. I've had a lot of unrelated work to do recently, so my crypto development goes slower than anticipated.

After a few very bad (and sad) years and selling most of my ORB 4-5 years ago i'm planning to buy me some ORB again.
I still had a tiny small wallet running 24/7 to stake a bit past years. Hope my ORB wallet will grow again in time.

Good to see that Ghostlander is still taking care of this project. One of the most trustable dev's in this crypto world.

There are many CPU miners. Which one do you use?

Orbitcoin produces blocks version 2 by default with block height in coin base or coin stake. Version 1 is no longer accepted. Neither Orbitcoin nor my cpuminer-neoscrypt are aware of version 3.

Well, solo mine or switch to another pool that produces blocks version 2.
