It looks like you are not on the correct chain (fork)
because when I enter the address that is showing on the screen shot,
the explorer says "address not seen on the network",
in other words: your transfer is not in the block chain,
so most likely your were on a fork, transferred something on that fork,
now you are on the correct chain and no record of the transfer exists,
so as far as the official records know, it never happened.
You probably need to rescan to get the coins back (the transfer did not happen)
and then you can try again while on the correct chain.

I deleted v1.2, installed 1.3 but even though I used app cleaner and deleted all the library files, whenever I re-install it synchs to the wrong chain. I know I'm not deleting all the necessary files b/c when I reinstall the wallet it knows how many SYS I have w/out importing my backup wallet. Any help would be appreciated.

If you ever installed using the windows installer you have to uninstall all versions before 1.3 and not just deleting the files it creates.

Followed OP instructions. Wallet came up along with instantly updating wallet with mined coins.

After exiting, wallet restarts normally. Block count was 5474. 8 connections.

So you go to Home-->Library-->Application Support and delete the whole Syscoin folder (after backing up the wallet.dat)?

syscoin.me is running but, manual payouts at this time.  I've received what looks right for all mining I've done so I'm happy with it.
