I have a question, after seeing so much disasters recently with IPO's etc..

could there not be a system set up that No thread can be created by a newbie or junior etc.. where the coin has an IPO and no assigned
reliable Escrow?

like instadelete the thread if one like that is made?

so that no thread can be made without mandatory rules as escrow, source code released to be verified, wallet etc..

this so that we avoid those scammers as the one that created Emiratescoin ( still hope that someone finds that guy, I feel real bad for the scammed )
