I will pay 1 USD per 1 BTC even. Ive reached my limit on coinpal and time is of the essence. I have not used the marketplace before, seeing as how this is my first post I assume trust is an issue so I am willing to pay first to a reputable source.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.
