I'd be willing to consider shipping to EU, but I'd need to charge extra for shipping. However as this is just the iPhone 4 and specifically the Verizon phone it is only CDMA and doesn't have a SIM card slot. Which might make it hard to use over there?

I thought the phone was an unlocked phone? o.O  I'm new to phones and contracts, I just prefer getting $500 to my pay to go plan, much better haha

And for me to buy it, the phone must be fully unlocked and why no sim card slots? o.O

I should have been more specific, and have edited the original post to reflect this - the phone doesn't have an ESN lock on it and can be activated on Verizon's network. I imagine if jailbroken it could be activated to another CDMA network. The iPhone 4 was the first iPhone model Verizon got and they actually made 2 different models. One for Verizon without a SIM slot and one with a SIM slot for ATT.

I'm willing to ship the phone to Canada but I don't know if all the networks up there are GSM or not. That's really up to you to do some homework

You'll need to include what country that is for me to even stand a chance of answering 

Again, this is a CDMA phone, it should be a pretty quick internet search to determine if there are networks it will work on in your country.
