i have also noticed a bug on 2 different casinos that use the soft swiss software. On french roulette it lets you play until you hit a zero, after hitting zero when you rebet it freezes and forces the user to reload the game. When the game is reloaded its already in midspin and hits zero again. Upon reloading again it just keeps doing the same thing. Thats just one bug ive noticed as a customer. As your as whats going on between the owners of Soft swiss and grandecasino its hard to say at this point whos in the wrong. Have any other former or present casino owners that used Soft Swiss care to share their experience?

That's a pretty big bug Cheesy i would presume something like this would be fixed asap. Is it still ongoing?

People who have been working at least several years in IT or gaming and own multi-million companies wouldn't have failed to start their online casino and blame somebody else. We are no longer commenting on this.

@William. I once again confirm that our lawyer has initiated the legal procedure and will contact you shortly.

Haha, great. Maybe they can advise you on how to not scam people.

YOUR company had control over EVERYTHING. As a SoftSwiss client you change anything as simple a link or text on the website. Sorry man, your a scammer its public information now.

Funny he blames me for "failing to launch" the casino. Wait.. what? So me... not being the developer nor having any control over anything what so is ever, is at fault for not correct things that put players at a HUGE risk. Countless bugs and errors. Unfinished EVERYTHING.

Yup. On blackjack too the game will crash and any bets you made go poof into thin air. Well poof into a wallet controlled by softswiss...

I have told them this 50+ times.

This company is also threatening legal action against their other clients, lol.

Ivan, you are delusional and plain weird.

I'm not really having drama im just protecting the public.

For me Soft Swiss are complete scammers. Especially after the scandal with their slot and non-payed jackpot.
Since then I'm avoiding ANY casino with their software. I suggest you to do the same. There are enough provably-fair games and casinos.
