You do. The time periods don't start when you signed up. The new period started today. You could've signed up yesterday and got 14 points and then another 14 today.

You picked a great time to register lol. Cheesy

Exactly as hilariousandco explained, the 2-weeks period starts at same time for everyone when unix time is a multiple of 1 210 000.

You can do unix time convertion easily with http://www.epochconverter.com/
The current (1156th) period starts when unix time is 1398760000 (1156*1210000), which is 29 Apr 2014 08:26:40 GMT.
The next (1157th) period starts when unix time is 1399970000 (1157*1210000), which is 13 May 2014 08:33:20 GMT.
