Did you download the new wallet from OP?

If you did, the new wallet should start to sync automatically.

PoS is where i hold coins in my wallet and wait for interest right?
tried searching up both pow and pos, just making sure i understand what to expect and when to expect it.
as i take it pow is just making sure the work done isn't fake.

The PoS started with PoW at the same time, just wait for 24 hours and you will get your interests!

I haven't got any interest since launch, just for the record. Also I don't see any option "Unlock wallet" which other POS coins have. I have wallet version 1.5.0.0

Cryptsy isn't the best exchange in the world, but it sure is popular. Just voted for UVC to be added.

yeah cryptsy and https://poloniex.com i've seen many good coins hit their exchange and plummit.
i tweeted to university to just shoot straight for mintpal but they said they wanted smaller exchanges first.
really bad idea imo. you want an exchange where theres a lot of people with buying power.

the reason is miners want to make money on their coins, however those sites just don't have the buying power so those that mine end up listing it lower and lower to at least get something in return. the end result is murdering your own coin.
If i were to make a coin, i'd shoot only for mintpal right off the bat. no need to be on a bunch of exchanges when you can shoot for one and be done with it.

I strongly disagree with your point, look at WC going to mintpal first, giving up all the buy power to multipool miners is never a good idea, you want people mining this coin and hold it. If the price goes up too fast then quick buck miners and multipools are going to rape it and dump it.

most of those copy and paste color coins haven't done well because they are just another IPO coin that the devs usually just take money, fluff, then run off. i personally haven't followed WC but many of the others i've seen do the same thing..
What sets this apart is the Dev is actually around each day, responds well to trolls, didn't start this with an IPO, and is promoting the coin as if he actually cares. you cant really say that about the majority of the coins listed on this site.

Hey guys, thought I'd pop in and take a break from what I was doing to address this since it's crucial. We have been shooting for Poloniex for this week, and think MintPal would be great right after PoW ends.

Although I'm more interested in hearing what you guys think would be best. Poloniex or MintPal next? And when?

Also Jollyriffic, scratch what we said on Twitter about going to small exchanges first and building up to the majors. Our rational was that building on these smaller exchanges would safe-guard against the crazy volatility that comes with MP, Pol or Cryptsy. However at the rate we are growing, we need two big-time exchanges in the next 2 weeks for sure.

Cryptsy does have a reputation of being the place where certain altcoins go to die, however we don't think that will be the case with us. If we hit Cryptsy at the right time, and more people learn about our project, our supporters will likely skyrocket. What I mean by... the right time.. is after hitting Poloniex, allowing the volatility to settle, hitting MintPal, allowing the volatility to settle, and then Cryptsy.

What do you guys think?
