It mostly depends on where do you live?
There are some exchanges where you can deposit money and buy BTC.

What is your country name?

sorry i forgot to mention, noob mistake I know.  I am located in SE USA.  I have clsoe access to moenygram, western union, and most major banks are within a coupe mile proximity of me. (live in a decent sized city)
if theres no real great things about any sites i can stil with LocalBTC.. but I feel like there's somewhere with cheaper listings. BTC-E (which i like to keep btc in incase i need to sell fast) list btc for about $450....  but i see on localbtc that they go 475+ for not so great methods, and $500+ for regular cash deposits... ony other people i know to get cash -> btc is wants to meetup in my city but has a $1k minimum. :\

edit; also willing to do bank acc/savings acc if they offer >24hr payment, coinbase wont accept my identity for w.e reason

So why just not use Coinbase.com or bitstamp.net if you live in US.

You have limited options, until a bitcoin atm is near your area like some countries.

But, in the US its localbitcoins.com or coinbase.

And if you want to press your luck with deposits then you have btc-e, and bitstamp.

Since you are in US, Coinbase should be the best way for buying bitcoin with bank transfers.

Set up an account with Coinbase.
It'll take a couple weeks to be fully up due to requirements needed. But once set up, it is a very smooth way to buy and sell BTC.

Localbitcoins is good as you don't need to verify your identity.
You could use coinbase and bitstamp, but you will need to do lengthy ID verification process.

I would only recommend coinbase if you are only doing small transactions, no major ones.  I've heard many bad things about coinbase when it comes to processing big BTC transactions.

Could you elaborate a little bit or share a link please? Thanks.

Which country do you buy from?

Did you tried coinbase? Looks like they are the cheapest, but still there are many companies who are competiting for the cheapest prices, just google "Buy Bitcoins".

OP is in US and he can't pass the identity verification on coinbase.

Coinbase have both positive and negative reviews. It will be better to try just small amount with it to test first.
