no one really knows, unfortunately... seems that BK got f*ed over again, this time by Coinstructors and whatever happened with the Drachmae exchange... hopefully BK isn't too soured on crypto after dealing with the likes of Bryce Weiner and Lee Gibson Grant, but really i don't think anyone but BK knows what's up with this coin now.

That's bunk.  Weiner was and is a confirmed scammer but Lee, like him or not, did a good job setting up and executing the agistri project which was the first of its kind.  The fact 6 different cryptos are now copying that project tells you something.

This is all on BK; total copout, trying to scapegoat Coinstructors or this community and its various loyal long time holders. 

F that noise, I'd blow up BK's Twitter account but he already blocked me for doing just that back when he first hired Bryce the talentless Scammer. 

I would disagree with you - Lee shutting down the Drachmae exchange fairly abruptly, as well as his trolling of this thread and the Slack channel by constantly talking about the uselessness of the coin without community participation (when all along this has been BK's one-man show), and his generally antagonistic communication style certainly didn't help NAUT.  BK going MIA again is terrible too, don't get me wrong.  It's been a general shitshow overall, with the exception of that brief time when jyap was involved and helped BK for a bit.  I'll be hodling my NAUT as I'm already in profit, but my hopes and expectations are much lower than they were several months ago.

BK is ultimately in charge.  Blaming Lee is like blaming Bryce, it gets you NOTHING cause this is the Bryan Kelly show.

Clear a few points up:

Drachmae Exchange: was used as cold storage and nothing else therefore why would I endure the hosting and management cost?

(Most of all seeing as all the accusations being thrown around why would I want to hold your NAUTILUSCOIN??  Accusation = Closing the Exchange)  People complain about something they don't USE and complain about the Person MANAGING IT.  MMMMM Let me think??? yep close it and save the headaches.

Very true I always stated the coin is only as valuable as the community not the ONE MAN.

What if BK vanished or something happened to him has always been the point I was making but people find that to be an insult.

It's very easy to pass the blame and accuse.

The community did not leverage the media or anything from what was done last year and that is not MY FAULT or of BK.

BK joined the slack channel yesterday, I think he's still working on hiring a PR firm, and the coin is definitely not dead.  Quiet, but not dead... Could be a while before major news, but I do think things will happen at some point.

Closing statement of Drachmae Project Proof of Concept 2015

April 2015 Drachmae Project was created based on a white paper being created to explore opportunities in Greece around Blockchain solutions and viability of use case.

Drachmae Project was the creation of Lee Gibson Grant for his own personal exploration around a white paper concept that frog leaped into LIVE POC use cases using blockchain and Greece was chosen based on the amount of use cases available to explore.

Version One of the E-Drachmae document was created in April 2015 and now in 2016 Version Two is being worked on and further Live POC trials will be done in 2016 In total there will be four versions of the E-Drachma one each year till 2018.

For transparency and clarification to the public domain too all that contributed and assisted in the project in various shapes and forms I am disclosing the basic financials to the Trial of 2015.

Total funding received towards the project from multiple sources 64,700 GBP (91,600 USD) “Includes sponsorship funds”
Self funded Lee Gibson Grant, Development Team and supporting service providers  152,360 GBP (216,100 USD)
 
Total Cost of the project 217,060 GBP (307,700.70 USD)

We also extend the thanks to the Nautiluscoin Community and Co for participating in the Live trials where Nautiluscoin was distributed to local people and used as payment method to experience how they would use it and what the reaction would be to digital currency by users that have never used or heard of digital currency. On the back of the POC the exchange Licence is owned by Nautiluscoin alongside Nautiluscoin sponsoring the model shoot, on the note of the exchange any accounts was moved to DXMarkets to be support Nautiluscoin from DXMarkets initiative in good will gesture to the community.

Thanks to NXT Community for supporting the start off to the project and using its API rich Blockchain core functions that enabled many user cases to be achieved during the 2015 Trials of Drachmae Project.
