Do not buy from this guy. His customer service is terrible. I payed for a 24 hour lease and I gave him a main pool to mine, and his connection sucked to it(i am mining it fine with my 2 pc's), so he asked me for a backup pool. The backup I gave him is the only other pool I know mining this specific alt coin I need. So this is what he does. The 2nd pool is mining 100% efficiency, so he sets the backup as the main and goes afk. The thing is, this backup pool, has 2 users mining, so I am basically solo mining. I am on a pool doing 4mhs(almost all of this from the rented machine), as opposed to the main pool I gave him doing 40mhs, 10 times more. This guys has been afk for hours and wont respond to emails to change it to the correct pool. So 4 hours of my contract are gone now with absolutely nothing to show for it. ZERO coins, where as on the main pool I average 1 coin/minute with a lower hashrate machine rented yesterday. I should have 240 coins. I have NOTHING because this guy afk's with it on the wrong pool. Heres a tip. If you run your business via email, get a fucking mobile phone and download a email app ffs. I will never go through this guy again. Should have known when it took him a day to respond to the first email just to find out the price of a 24 hour contract. Do your self a favor and go with cryptorig. He charges more, but his service was phenomenal and actually responded to emails almost instantly through out the day no problem.

I understand your frustration. But we live in different time zones. Would really appreciate if you can take that into consideration.
Like you said, I spent time with you to figure which pool is the most efficient to mine and I then pointed the rig to the backup pool you gave me and hashed at 100% efficiency. And the diff for this particular coin is so low, the actual hourly yield you get from a 40 mhs pool and a 4 mhs pool should be very close.

Can you calculate how many more coins you would have mined if I pointed the rig at the 40 mhs pool? I will refund the difference.

Thanks

Note to all potential customers:

We will try hard to provide the best customer service to all customers.
However, because we offer low rental prices for our rigs, we can not afford 24/7 customer service.
It can be difficult for us to respond to your requests/inquiries from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (GMT).
Would really appreciate if you can take that into consideration when renting from us.

Thanks

There is a huge difference. The previous day I rented one from cryptorigs with only a 2500khs. With that hashrate and the main pool, a block is solved every 5 minutes and I got 5 coins per clock. So 1 coin per minute basically is what it averages out to. So take 60(mins) x 24(hours) and it should give you an idea of how many coins I would get in 24 hours(1440). And that is ~500khs less than your machine. yours is 25% more khs, so I would expect 25% more in 24 hours. So 1.25 x 60 x 24 = ~1800 coins.

Network Info
Difficulty   4.29170571
Est Next Difficulty   2.01646312
Est. Avg. Time per Block   319.25 seconds
Current Block   8945

A block is found every 5.3 minutes

This was crypto rigs running the main pool on a 2500khs machine

or 317 coins in 15 hours, when I would have got ~1125 coins on main pool.

Its simple mathematics. How the hell could you think 4mhs pool vs 40mhs pool would net similar coinage, when I told you these are the only pools I know to exist for this coin.

I would like you to run this on the correct pool for 20 hours at least, as the 317 coins i did get translates to that, or refund my money so I dont have to deal with payal charge back bs, and I will go elsewhere.

Did you take network difficulty into consideration? Could it be possible that difficulty increased so much from Jan 13 to Jan 14 and caused coin yield to be lower than your expectation?

I saw from Crypto Rigs post that they gave you a free 24 hour rental. Can you use that rig to mine at the main pool for an hour and post your result here? If the yield is indeed significantly better. I will issue full refund to you.

Thanks

13.82296726 in 28 mins @ 630khs current difficulty

Your 2900khs is 4.603174603174603 faster

13.82296726 x 4.603174603174603 = 63.62953183174603 coins for 28 mins if it was on your machine.

Thats 2.272483279705215 coins per minute.

136.3489967823129 coins per hour.

So roughly the 317 coins i got in 15 hours translates to 2 hours 20 mins on main pool at CURRENT difficulty. I messed up my math in earlier post

At current difficulty I would see 3272.37592277551 coins on your rig in 24 hours.

So, again, run it on the main pool for 20 hours or more, or refund my money. Thanks.

Edit - actually didnt mess up my math, I did my math based on the estimated average time, which is clearly not correct. In 28 mins 9 blocks were found, and going by the average rate that would have taken ~48 minutes.

I am sorry, are we looking at the same pool?   I was told to mine at pool.exilecoin.com

I just checked the pool, and here is the pool stats

CONTRIBUTOR HASHRATES
Rank      User Name       KH/s           EXN/Day
1      dmrkrc       12,704           2,973.843
2      anonymous       5,545           1,297.985
3      Miningcoyote   4,082           955.617
4      anonymous       4,049           947.843
5      WL1129       2,349           549.806

So the stats show that for each 1 MH/s the estimated yield is 234 EXN per day.
At this rate, my rig should yield 678 coins for you in 24 hours
My 2.9 MH/s rig mined 319 coins for you in about 11 hours (That's 696 coins a day). It actually performed better.

feel free to check my math, it is correct i have double checked it. Do I have to screenshot my transaction log to for you to admit you are wrong as well. no worries, I will do that as well. get a calculator out and use it, most pc's have on built into them.

Here you go, a screenshot of pool stats:

http://s28.postimg.org/jqx3h4kdl/pool_stats.jpg

How is it possible for my 2,900 kh/s rig to get 3272 EXN a day when someone with 13,311 kh/s gets 3601 EXN?

Your miner ID tenaciouzd is shown on the screenshot: 159 EXN a day. Did I miss something?  Huh

EXN Account Balance
Confirmed   69.64510029
Unconfirmed  14.29875509

my balance was zeroed before cryptorigs gift rig for 48 hours began to run

in 6hrs, on a 630khs, on a higher difficulty, 85 coins
your 2900khs netted me 317 in what you say was 11 hours(complete crock of shit, emails have time stamps on them), on a lower difficulty
your rig is almost 5x more khs

you win the award for biggest moron i have dealt with in a long time

Laughable you think going by pool stats is accurate, versus copy pasted stats of my actual transactions to go off of. What happens if they only mined at a high rate for a short amount of time on the pool? Once again, genious logic.
since you want to go off pool stats why not post the pool stats of the pool you DID mine for me, not the one you DIDNT mine for me

here you go:

Last block found on this pool - 9 hours ago
Your rig found ONE block
The only thing even remotely saving face, is the time you set it to mine this pool, the user jimmy06 with his taggering 200 khs, happened to find a few blocks which I got the majority of the coins for providing most of the shares of the pool for the blocks.

Should have went lower with your screenshot there. NO worries, I can provide that as well.

then you try to say you found me a higher profit pool? first off no, you didnt find shit. i gave you that pool as a backup pool. secondly, i would have had more coins in the time you hashed for me if you would have mined the correct pool.

Can I ask you a question, one simple question. Why would you mine the BACKUP POOL a customer gives you, instead of the MAIN pool a customer gives you. Maybe don't assume you are smarter and knows what is best for the customer and do what they ask. Your lucky I don't just get all the money back. Enjoy your $18 you swindled out of me. Don't spend it all in one place.

you should not be in any type of business, your math fails pretty hard.

I don't understand why your whining and complaining like a little bitch.

You had a problem with the service.  The OP went out of his way and even gave you a refund and yet you still whine?

Just to be clear I have never rented from this service

Complaining like a bitch? He mined the incorrect pool. He Mined for 11 hours(so he says) of a 24 hour contract. He refunded me for 13 hours. Not 24. I think people should know before they spend their money on his shit service what to expect and how he deals with things. If you don't find the information useful, go fuck off somewhere else.

This guy went out of his way? He didn't do shit, he set the miner up on the wrong pool and went afk for 15 hours, came back, saw my email, and turned it off. He asked me to resolve this publicly in this thread. So if thats what he wants, thats what I will do.

So if you have a problem with me resolving it in his thread, this is where he asked me to do it.
