Send me a message with an offer if you're interested. I only require two things. Your Paypal account must be verified and prove you have control of the e-mail address used on Paypal. How? It's simple, send me an e-mail using the one associated with Paypal after sending the payment. After I get that e-mail, I'll send BTC on the address you have provided. Thanks

REMINDER
If you're expecting me to send BTC first, I'm sorry I cannot do that. It doesn't matter who you are or what previous trades you have done. The only thing that matters here is protection. You are protected, I am not. Don't expect me to take all the risk.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

It'e easier to do this if in localbitcoin if you don't have any reputation. The website has a built in escrow system.

Posting the minimal price you are willing to accept might help you gathering buyers.
I wouldn't accept paypal based only on those criteria, even if there seems to be a slow shift in paypal's policy on cryptocoins.

Actually, I would say for a reputable member to deal with you - you'd have to send first to an escrow or to the person. You are completely new with no trust and some people don't want the hassle of having to chargeback. I'm doubtful you even have the BTC you say you do - care to sign a message from an address with at least 2 BTC?

And also from adding trust.
