domains4bitcoins can't be trusted and have no real customer support it seems.

I bought three domains from them in the last two weeks and all have been suspended without any notification or explanation.

First time I sent a mail to support@domains4bitcoins.com I got a generic "sorry we will look into it" answer.

After that I get nothing. No explanation just silence.

Basically they took my money and then decided on a whim not to provide the agreed upon service without even explaining themselves.

Edit: They explained their actions but it doesn't justify suspending without notifying the owner there is a problem.

I have been using the free email service with the paid domains at domains4bitcoins and Yesterday I was unable to access my emails for 6 hours. I tried later and got in but all messages are gone. Put a support request in but no reply. I have 3 domains with them, two of them with email, there is nothing in inbox, sent mail or anything and I have sent a lot of mails the last few days. However when I went into the control panel for domains, it shows the mailbox using up space and can search the emails I sent over the previous day.

What gives? Why not answer support or at the least put a message on domains4bitcoins saying there are email issues.

So basically Yesterday email service was down for 6 hours, when back up blank email accounts. No communication from domains4bitcoins staff.

We have corrected the sign in issue, but the emails are not back yet

Ok I got a email back slightly after 24 hours.

Fine I know problems happen and the email is part of the free service, but gee something like this should be on the front page as a service interruption announcement so people don't need to email support to find out what is happening.

My registered domains are according to whois.net available. Is this site for real? I'm clueless after 48 hours of trying to figure it out. Perhaps the site got sold to scammers? Or are they just amateurs on bad servers?

Is there any other sites selling domains for bitcoins/cc??
