I ordered an SP30 as part of a group buy before moving. My old house had plenty of power; my new house, not so much. The order was placed April 30, 2014. With the various discounts I was able to get, I paid $4,495.50 for the miner. Here's a product link:

http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/products/sp30-yukon-second-batch

And here's a picture of the order status:

I'm willing to be flexible on both the price and the terms. I'm happy to accept payment in Bitcoins and happy to accept some percentage now and the balance as soon as the SP30 ships to me. I'm also willing to discuss escrow.

Update: Best offer so far is $4,000, half now, half when the SP30 is in transit to me. I will almost definitely accept the best offer I get.

Some updates:

I've received a few PMs. Here are a few answers to common questions:

1) I don't know when they'll actually ship the miner. August delivery was promised. Last I heard, they expect to ship on time.

2) I don't know if the order can be transferred. Obviously, I'd work with the buyer to transfer the order if that can be done. Otherwise, I'll reship the miner as soon as I receive it.

3) I've received offers between $4,000 and $4,495. The terms have varied. I expect to accept the best offer I receive.

4) I don't particularly care when I get paid. I just want to avoid two things:

A) I ship the miner and don't get paid. Full payment before I ship (or escrow) is essential.

B) The buyer changes their mind and I'm stuck trying to find a new buyer in a rush. Some amount of immediate payment that goes to me if the buyer reneges is essential.

5) I'm not willing to assume the risk that the miner doesn't ship on time, but I am willing to assume the risk if for some reason the miner doesn't ship at all.

The lucky buyer is buckrogers. We've agreed to do the transaction in the open.

The price is 7.192 BTC. 25% (1.798) within two weeks. Balance to be paid when the miner is shipped to me. I will ship the miner to him overnight, insured, at my expense.

The buyer assumes the risk the miner will be shipped late, the buyer must still complete the sale or forfeit the deposit. The seller assumes the risk the miner will not be shipped at all and will refund the deposit. Failure to pay the balance when notified that the miner has been shipped to the seller will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Payments will be made to: 1GgcNddDyegXsJUpqPoZhhdYFbHxVVmbk4

The buyer and seller agree to work out any unexpected events in good faith. Buyer indicates agreement with these terms by paying the deposit.

(I'd appreciate it if at least one person would quote this in its entirety. Thanks.)

Quoting it again for double insurance Smiley

Congrats buckrogers!  I was hoping my offer would have been taken, but no such luck.

LOL!  No need to be sorry... I should have jumped on RoadStress' group buy back in April... I've been kicking myself since for not doing so.  My fault for not jumping in when I should have.

Anyway, congrats again.  You got a hell of a deal Smiley

EDIT: just quoting that the deposit has been received...

I have received the deposit.
