How you will distribute ACv2 for AC? Have some kind of plan or you will do it manually for some kind of proof?

I got some AC on Mintpal. What is the best I should do? I don't have a wallet on my pc.

well this will be interesting to watch.. I already made one mistake buying AC.. why not make another?

we are making a total new coin with new blockchain and new genesishash.
we will have 1 PoW block with 160 million coins and exchange them with the users of
the old AC. so in fact this is a new coin with the old specs.

Good initiative by the community. But fail on 2 things - 1) Self moderated thread and 2) Asiacoin name brand

Self moderated threads are always a no no and will automatically be perceived as a scam.

These devs can delete any comment they like. Total censorship of anything they like.

Someone finds out this coin is a scam and posts? DELETED

Someone puts out a rational argument that the OP don't like? DELETED


Sorry but almost all coins with self moderated threads are DOOMED TO FAIL.


Second fail: Sticking with Asiacoin name brand. The brand is tainted, as others have pointed out, we might as well go with a new coin name. We don't want to scare away investors in the future do we?


So to succeed and have my support- a) start a new poll after taking in coin name suggestions and b) don't be stupid and have a self moderated thread and get accused for needless censorship. If your coin is successful, it's bound to have haters. Learn to deal with it.

So Name is going to be changed (if poll say so). And yes there should not a possibility to delete unwanted posts. I agree.

I think "AsiaCoin"  has to stay, maybe with a little modification. If, we change the name, it would feel as if we needed to hide something and maybe bring more confusion. (my opinion)

There is nothing to hide, we will make out of the thruth our strength !

And, if the new Dev manages that everybody gets their coins back, we could maybe see a nice re-birth

I don't have a wallet too, hold all at mintpal. I hope fixed wallet source will be released in 48 hours? Still mintpal doesn't remonstrate for holding coins for one-two days, that's what i know from their reply.

There's no way that people will invest in this.

This is a waste of your time.

You all just want to dump your coins - this is obvious and I understand this.

I understand that you also want to fight, it's good but in Asiacoin scam only way is accept you loss.

we also sold all our asiacoins when we detected the scam. so actually we were the first who sold.
we were able to dump them for about 1400 sat yesterday.

but this work is just beeing done for the community.

It is funny that you have dumped your coins into other not so lucky people who bought your worthless AsiaCoins and now you want to help these people who bought your coins? LOL.

I'm another guy who sold all Ac before having a loss. I was a great believer in the potentiality of the coin. I'm watching your work and I hope to help you guys somehow. I was asking to myself if I can vote too for the name (since I have no ac maybe I shouldn't).

Anyway, my little opinion is: keep the name; that's a rebirth. That shows other people how (despite the old dev) community was always one of the greatest community a coin can have.
Because AsiaCoin Community ALWAYS was great...if the coin was a scam it's not because of the community. Community believed in AsiaCoin...and it still does! That's the point of all the work you're doing...so I think you should keep the name (you probably will have to argue sometimes with people who will say: "AsiaCoin? that scam? ahahhah you smell!" but who cares?)
I don't know...if you succeed i already imagine a wikipedia page about AsiaCoin  

I don't think I'm gonna vote because I respect you and i don't think i should (since I don't have ac). But that's my opinion.
