I emailed you folks already. I literally ordered a blade on Friday. Reserving the rest of this post for comments on what is hopefully excellent customer service in response.  Also, please email customers in case of promotions, I barely pay attention to this forum (notify feature is a great thing) and only found this post because I came here after emailing you folks to see if there was any news. |

I emailed you folks already. I literally ordered a blade on Friday. Reserving the rest of this post for comments on what is hopefully excellent customer service in response. Also, please email customers in case of promotions, I barely pay attention to this forum (notify feature is a great thing) and only found this post because I came here after emailing you folks to see if there was any news. We will make it right for more than any other Asic reseller can. Check your pm in a few min. Being an ASIC reseller is a tough. We are in the same boat as we have over 40 blades in inventory that was bought at the higher price of which we must sell at a loss now. Thanks. |

Awaiting that PM. :/ Fully understand the pains of being a reseller, but if the price is now $1099 and I paid $1549 on Friday... And a little PO'd at the lack of email response or PM since it has been several hours and my email yesterday was sent early AM. I'm seeing the new price reflected across the resellers and am getting increasingly frustrated that I have an email saying "Your order has shipped" from Friday but no tracking info has been provided and apparently my Friday order cost a bit more than a Sunday order, despite me having no actual information about my order being in transit. |

All has been made well in the world. Now I'm just waiting for more info on the new animals. Check the site, you'll know what I mean. Out of curiosity, what mining software are these going to be compatible with? Sandor111 has been working pretty damn hard at making CPUMiner kick-ass hardware for the Gridseed units, would love to continue to use it for some of the new boxes. |

We shipped those blades 7 days early and they should be arriving soon. Regardless, this is not right and we are negotiating with gridseed for a solution. Whatever happens, we will do something for our customers. Please standby thanks. |

Looking forward to more info on what's to come! Shame I missed the 5-chips selling out, now that I've got mine auto-tuned and running optimally I was thinking of picking up more, but thankful for the ones I have. |
