Just checked. Looks like that the last blocks are PoW blocks. For some reason bittrex is not accepting them or something as my wallet shows 10 confirmations and bittex shows only 4?

Once the transaction is broadcast into the network, you can close the wallet, turn off your computer, and cut the circuit breaker; it will still get confirmed as long as the minimum number of blocks have been solved. That's the beauty of P2P systems; they will just keep chugging along. Think about this for a second: even if Joe Schmoe has their wallet offline, as long as I have their address, I could still use the block explorer to see their balance. All of their transactions are broadcast to the network and made public.

Even those coins aren't lost, they just haven't been loaded into the blockchain yet.
