Is the logo shown in your wallet a lightish color or a brown color?

The latest wallet has the brown logo, and the older version has the lightish color. I think you need the latest wallet to sync.

AltAccept recently opened up their doors for business, and they're accepting new coins! I'm in contact with them now, and we'll see how it develops. We're on the verge of releasing CFC wallet V2.0, and the Guild website is nearing completion! The ability to transact in CFC is the next logical phase of development. Perhaps in the future, we will be able to spend CFC at physical storefronts and vending machines...time will only tell.

My issues with alt accept is their site isn't even https so it's not secure and you want to send money through it?  Heck no!

They're still relatively "new". I'll have a talk with them about that; adding https functionality isn't very difficult. I prefer coinpayments, but they're "too big for their breeches"... we need more votes 

Is there a way to swap without sending to an exchange?

Yes, manually (I send you coins, you send me coins) but that's tedious. I had the deal worked out with the exchanges to make it easier on everyone, and to offer 24/7 availability.

I think its because the new coffecoin has another name (V2 or Newcoffecoin or something like that) like the C2 and NC2.

Could Bittrex-Bill confirm that bittrex will be participating in the coffecoin swap and it's OK to leave our  coffecoins on bittrex until after the swap has taken place.

The name is going to be the exact same. "V2" is just an internal identifier so you know what I'm referring to XD. Whatever it is they're planning, a friendly "oh btw" post here would have been nice. Still no reply from them yet. It's a bit frustrating, to say the least.

The relaunch is being done to address these and other major issues head-on; to permanently de-list would be a huge step backwards for us.

If you wouldn't mind, Bill, could you PM me with a clarification as to your intentions? More specifically, are we still on for the coin swap from our old coin to our new?

That's quite a long time to go without syncing; CFC is only about 4 weeks old. If your wallet has the white CFC logo instead of the brown, try updating to the most recent client. Also, be sure to include the nodes listed in the OP in your coffeecoin.conf and that it's placed in the correct folder (the folder with your blockchain, not the one with your QT-executable).

It's understandable that there will be some holders that aren't able to send their coins to the exchange. For those individuals, will I make a special exception and handle their swap manually during the relaunch.
