Question: Should a portion of the unclaimed coins be made available for those that missed the swap?
Yes - We have enough to spare, even for late-comers.
No - Sufficient notice and time to complete the swap was given. It wouldn't be fair to those that were punctual.

They won't remain there for very long. You'll have plenty of time to send it.

Bittrex just said they are not delisting coffeecoin.

Sorry everyone.  Coffeecoin was added to the list by mistake. Adjusted the list.

Coffeecoin is getting relaunched in a bout a week. According to the developer Bittrex was informed and will help make the switch from old coins to new coins?

I think its because the new coffecoin has another name (V2 or Newcoffecoin or something like that) like the C2 and NC2.

"V2" is an internal identifier we use to avoid confusing the community. We're not changing the name. Our former "dev" was indeed a scammer, not trying to hide that. I took over a couple weeks ago with the intent to fully legitimize CFC and turn it into something awesome. As it stands right now, the current wallet is un-fixable, due to the former dev's hatchet job on the code (the genesis/nonce data, in particular). The relaunch is being done to address these and other major issues head-on; to permanently de-list would be a huge step backwards for us.

If you wouldn't mind, Bill, could you PM me with a clarification as to your intentions? More specifically, are we still on for the coin swap from our old coin to our new?

I just got the message. That's one crisis averted Tongue

Also any nodes to get this thing to sync fully?

Did you try these two from the OP?

coffeecoin.conf
Code:
addnode=107.178.67.78
addnode=212.114.59.109

yes. I actually even get a few network connections (9 atm), but the thing still won't fully sync, nore can I successfully sent any coins (kinda important for doing the swap).

Is the logo shown in your wallet a lightish color or a brown color?

The latest wallet has the brown logo, and the older version has the lightish color. I think you need the latest wallet to sync.

Yes I appear to have the older wallet, I'll give the new one a go thanks.

New client same issues Sad even after re downloading the blockchain

It's not just you, even I'm having syncing issues. The former dev left us with one hell of a coin/wallet, didn't he?  Roll Eyes

So how does the relaunch work? Are "old" coins worthless now? - So complete new launch?

That's quite a long time to go without syncing; CFC is only about 4 weeks old. If your wallet has the white CFC logo instead of the brown, try updating to the most recent client. Also, be sure to include the nodes listed in the OP in your coffeecoin.conf and that it's placed in the correct folder (the folder with your blockchain, not the one with your QT-executable).

It's understandable that there will be some holders that aren't able to send their coins to the exchange. For those individuals, will I make a special exception and handle their swap manually during the relaunch.

Yes. Just be sure to withdraw to the new client when Bittrex says it's time to do so.

That was a mistake on Bittrex's part. They will not be removing CFC.

That's pretty ridiculous Tongue Mine finally synced up after half-a-day staying out of sync. Have you tried deleting and redownloading your blockchain? (NOT wallet.dat) I can't wait for OCdev to finish coding the new version so we can get past all these bugs.

Hi everyone,

There was a mistake by me and I have removed CoffeeCoin from the potential removals for this week.  We'll still participate in the coin swap.

Bill

And the when does the new client become available?
