i'm searching for a tool on the internet wich can me tell in realtime the following:

what is the average Price of BTC i get when i want to buy instantly on of the exchanges btc-e or bitstamp for lets say 5.000 USD

or what is the average price i get when i want to sell e. g. 10 btc.

Should be an easy application of the order book - but somehow can't find nothing

Maybe try Zeroblock for trading real-time through Bitstamp:

Haven't tried it, but interface looks really clean and concise.

I think the chart at bitcoinwisdom will work for almost everything above that you are trying to do.   To see what the average price for selling 10BTC, you can just hover your cursor right above or below the current market price to the furthest to the right of the chart.
