Need help understanding BTC flow in Mt. Gox

Hi All,

As part of the effort to understand what happened to bitcoins in Mt. Gox (http://www.reddit.com/r/mtgoxaddresses and its wiki), we need help understanding how bitcoins would be expected to flow inside Mt. Gox, based on the leaked source code.

If you have an interest and expertise in PHP,  please clone the project at http://github.com/mtgoxleaker/mtgoxphp and add explanatory comments to the code and separate documents to outline the expected flow.
