It doesn't look as though the project has money or hundreds of bitcoins. All the beauty of the blockchain is that transactions can be viewed and if they cannot show that they have, these are just empty words that are not confirmed by anything.

Fees are just 1 hour? How can fees be measured in time? Or do you mean that staking starts after 1 hour?
