Although the dev seems to have posted for the last time on 09 May there is a small chance he might reappear. I'd give it another week or two before you give up completely.

And what you do with an exchange? You can't sell your coins because network is not generating pow blocks so you can't confirm any transfer:) You can mine directly in your wallet until your transfer is confirmed when you get a block. |
