Seems nobody interested in the IPO. there are so many scam in ipo. you need a beta version and escrow. You can use any escrow service providers you trust. And if NCC cannt be launched at the right time,you just return from your escrow provider. |

+1 Nxt is all you need. Nxt is very important ,but it's just a basic net. Only the coins based on it is much valuable and have more upvaluation space. |

If dev team have not enough NCC for developing,you need just a clone of Nxt without any development for innovation. Again,NCC is not a fork or copycat of Nxt,it's based on Nxt net ,and focusing on asset exchange with colored property |
